Bug description:

Upon accepting the "Welcome Wagons" quest from 'Sully "The Pickle" McLeary' in MoP, you should receive "Sully's Flaregun" to light the Horde Wagons. You do not receive flaregun from Sully, thus not able to destroy the wagons.
