WoW Freakz link: Blade in Twilight Quest
Bug description: more bugs around that can cause to not completing the artifact quest.

1. if die, the graveyeard is inside the Tomb of Tyr in the end, and the path to go back is blocked.
2. if die in superior stages and do again you will be blocked in stage 3 ( Defeat the guards at the door to gain acces) cause no guards are up to kill so Shadowlord Slaghammer to open the door

The same happens to me, can't complete the quest :/

Get out of the scenario and reset your instances. It should fix it.
