Bug description: the trinket does not deal damage on retruning waves

on comment section its detailed that the item deals damage forward and backward waves

Notes for the trinket:
* Can hit one target a maximum of 2 times.
* Procs on first hit when entering combat.
* Travels 15 yards, and follows back on way in extremely far.
* Can be augmented by damage boosters, (even after it procs)
* Scales with iLvL and grants a nice mastery stat.
* Drops from General Xakal in Arcway
