Bug description: Casting Conflagrate should reduce the cast time of next two Incinerates or Chaos Bolts by 15%(In Bg,arenas) . Base cast time of chaos bolt is 2.53s so with backdraft buff it should be 2.53s*0,85(because - 15% of base cast time) = 2,1505s but with 2 stacks of backdraft its 2,34 which is only 7,5% and with 4stacks its 2,48 which is only 2%
