Bug description: Ignite damage is low
Proof: In this video you will se that ignite in burst goes at almost 200k per tick[minute3:55]

On freakz in burst my ignite does not pass 80k damage at best , and that only for 2 seconds caze it does not sustain ,and that is as a result of a custom fix on ignite earlier this month when some guys abused cinderstorm.
