Daily Brawl/BG no wakening essence reward

Bug description: I'm not getting Wakening essence from daily instance PVP. I had this issue from the previous Brawl 2days (deleted my post before because I started getting essence again) and now a BG for this week.

Proof: As you can see from the bottom right loot chat, There is no wakening essence reward. Also, I got 300+ honor which means it is the first for the day (after reset).

I was gonna let the previous brawl issue go but experiencing the same with BG this week Its not funny. Its 90 essence already so please fix it.
Please don't tell me that youre just gonna fix the issue, give me my essence. Thanks!!

Experience the same problem again this time on my alt.

Look at the chatbox, 300 honor points meaning its the first for the day after reset an it clearly didn't give me essence.

So when are you gonna look into this?

Currently Daily brawl win stopped giving 30x Wakening Essences.
