Bug description: cant turn in quest,, even after disable addons, delete cache folder ect.. npc doesent have the question mark, but outside the room u can see it. but nothing to turn in at NPC

Can you please provide proof? Can't reproduce the issue.
Also try to unstuck your character just to be sure, if you haven't already.

Happened to me too, but after a quick check with a macro i found out i have already completed that quest.
The real bugg is the fact that the question mark for the quest reappeared while i had completed the quest for many months now.
