Bug description: Not working at all. This is a major bug since is one of the best Single Target Azerite for frost

Based off the dmg in the previous report for the Frost strike bug .
DMG at the top is with a 5 ilvl more shoulder

This is the dmg for the trait that increases the dmg by a flat ammount .

If you find a way to reproduce this bug please open a new report .
