[Death Knight][Frost] Sindragosa's Fury sometimes not dealing damage at all

Bug description: Sometimes (seemingly randomly) the spell does absolutely nothing. Maybe line of sight issue, idk.

As you already stated . It indeed is a LoS issue , this has been an issue since 7.1.5.

From what I can tell, it's not purely an "LoS" issue, it's also easily caused by a height difference. If you cast it on a hill or up/downwards a ledge or ramp, in most cases it'll never hit, although it should be able to (and the targets are still in your LoS, too).

Yeah , terrain poses a problem too , not all the time in some cases it indeed does hit but that's 1 in a few hundred of cases .

I play Frost dk here since 7.1.5 and its like SF doesnt hit most of time maybe 80% , its extremly rare too hit in dungeons

It's not true that it misses 80% of the time ...
But it indeed is an issue that occurs with ,as before mentioned , terrain/LoS interaction .
