Bug description: Second and very important part not working... Death Coil should no longer trigger Blood Tap when used on Pet or other Allied minions.
Many Dk's abuse this bug in PvP to generate 12 stacks of Blood Tap very fast, allowing them to activate random fully-depleted runes 24/7, and also keeping full Runic Power bar.
