[Death Knight][Unholy] Dark Arbiter / Val'kyr Strike

Bug description: 1. She should be casting projectiles like Gargoyle (40y range ability), she's melle only now.
2. She often move into textures what makes her out of line of sight of her target = 0 dmg dealt.
3. There is no animation at the start of summoning her (ascending from they sky).

There is already a report on a private trello card . You can't see those but I'll add this Forum report link to the trello card aswell , Dark Arbiter indeed from time to time after being summoned just flies away randomly or if target is in some sort of LoS , or she enters Textures not always , but some of them not sure how to explain it .

The 7.3.5 script for DA is implemented in PvE encounters works just fine .
