Bug description: Floki appears for a short second and dissappears when I relog. and is not seen since then. I have attached a link of the photo. I am on the quest yet cant see him. he is not dead as I have waited for more that 5 min ( the respawn time). I have relogged multiple times. and Have cleared my cache, re took the quest twice, yet he wont appear.

I was able to complete this quest by completing the world quests near by. This seems to be more of a phasing issue than anything else

Please try the method above or try to abandon the quest and unstuck on our site. Then take the quest again and see if it works.

I had the same problem and completing nearby world quest instantly enabled me to see this npc.
