[Demon Hunter][Havoc] Souls

Bug description: I know this bug has been addressed to already in this post "https://forum.wow-freakz.com/REJECTED-Demon-Hunter-Soul-Fragments-Lesser-Soul-Fragments-t574098.html" but it got rejected even tho is not retail-like. The problem with souls spawning is real and you can clearly see in that guy's proof that the souls spawn way too far (and yes he had to leave melee range to pick it up), its not like DHs cap fury that often and this feature is really harsh to our already underperforming dps especially now that Demonic will be the viable build. So please consider taking another look to this bug, thanks.

Bug description: The guy from my proof video on every boss fight the soul fragments that he spawned through chaos strike or chaos nova was either to his close right or close left side or around middle but it never spawned fragments in front of him and that far away like on Freakz.Overall soul spawns are clunky some spawns are fine but some are too far away.Its affecting the Demonic build and its a dps loss.

The second report explains it better, and I can confirm it in addition with demonic.

Overall, it does seem that the range is bigger in some situations so not only chaos strike is affected by this, but all soul fragment generating spells, resulting in dps loss.
