Bug description: fel rush doesnt work alot of times and when it does it travels almost no distance at all, i know there is high ms on the server but this happens when the server is completly stable aswell

Confirmed. I also thought it's because of lag, but it's still happening no matter what.

Using Fel Rush sometimes only consumes a charge without rushing forward / or it only rushes you forward for a very short distance.
