[Draenor][Frostfire Ridge] The Battle of Thunder Pass

Bug description: The final quest of the Frostfire Ridge quest achievement can't be accepted, much less completed. As you can see in the screenshots, I have completed the prerequisite "To Thunder Pass" quest and haven't yet completed "The Battle of Thunder Pass", yet Lokra just has a question mark above her head as if the quest is already finished. But if I talk to her, there is no option to accept/finish the quest.

The chain is now linked properly, this quest will be autocomplete until we re-work the scenario.
