[FIXED] [Druid][Feral] Ashamane's Frenzy and Bloodtalons

Bug description: Ashamane's Frenzy is consuming all the stacks of Bloodtalons.
Proof: Ashamane's Frenzy is being cast 15 times and each cast consumes stack of Bloodtalons. It should only consume 1 stack at the moment when the spell is used and increase its damage. Now you can use it and then use regrowth and Bloodtalons is still being consumed.

I took screenshot of the combat log during 2 situations. First is 2 stacks of bloodtalons and use of Ashamane's Frenzy, second, use of the ability then casting regrowth. In both cases i didnt cast any other damaging ability and in both cases 2 stacks of Bloodtalons were consumed.
