Bug description: these hotfixes are not implemented:

After further testing, the damage output numbers of both Shred and Rake are correct while stealthed, the hotfix is working correctly, simply is not been reflected in the tooltips, hence im rejecting this issue and apologize for the false positive.

Example:

(Shred)At a base damage of 237.525, the baseline damage (out of stealth) will be roughly half, while in stealth is going to be roughly 164k maximun, which is a 70% of the baseline damage (69.05%) with an increase of 26% damage while stealthed on average, not taking into account glancing/blunt attacks. Which is correct.
