[Druid] Forms vs Speed

Bug description: I have recognized that the speed in all forms and all speccs are mostly wrong. Thats why i have decided to make a list of how they should be and show them in diffrence to Freakz.

I suppose what he posted above is for Night elf (+2% from Quickness )

So the reason is that some moving speed passives / spells here stack, and they should not:
1. Travel form (In world, out of combat) ground speed should be capped at 200%, should NOT be affected by any speed buffs / passives / enchants etc.
2. Stag form / Travel Form should NOT stack with Stampeding Roar
3. Cat Form speed increase should be ignored while under the effects of Dash or Stampeding Roar

Also: (Can't test this on PTR)
Engineering Tinker(Nitro Boosts) should NOT stack with: Cat Form, Feline Swiftness, Travel Form / Stag form, Dash / Stampeding Roar... and other similar speed buffs/spells.

The problem is, that speed is multiplicative, and not additive, if those numbers are correct(For moonkin are odd, maybe only with Feral Affinity), meaning like this:
Let's take for feral.
Base movement speed is 100%, Cat form has 30% movement speed increase so it goes 130%(+30% of base movement speed). With Feral Affinity it should be 145%(+15% of base movement speed), but atm is 149.5(100%*1.3*1.15) = 150%.

Confirmed.
