WoW Freakz spell link: Wild Growth
Bug description: Wild Growth does not get applied to targets that are not flagged if the person who casts it is Flagged, making it difficult for Resto druids to heal people with Wild Growth in a raid setting, it should get applied to people that are not flagged regardless if the Person who casts it is flagged or not,

Also if u wild growth urself, party members that are not in ur line(los-ing you) wont get buff for some reason.
