Bug description: Character model does not update automatically. You need to get in and out of form again to trigger model update.

As you can see in video: i was in moonkin form > cast incarnation > still regular moonkin model > shapeshifted out & in moonkin form again > incarnation model.
Even after incarnation expires, its model stays as long as you stay in moonkin form.
