Druid artifact weapons

Okay so I was doing the quests for Druid artifact weapons, I'm 99% certain I finished the entire questline since I've already acquired the feral weapon. I've finished everything up to having to select an ''operating area'' on the giant map (i.e up to the last quest in the Druid guide post) but I'm still missing the last two Artifact weapons Claws of Ursoc and Scythe of Elune, anyone know what I have to do to get them? I was thinking of making an item recovery ticket but I don't want to unless I'm 100% sure something glitched.

P.S: I did try the Recover missing items option on the forums and it didn't seem to do anything, it just told me that there were no recoverable items.

What is your character name? Did you perhaps had your bags full when looting the weapons?
