Bug description: Mark of the Trained Soldier has no rank. Applying a rank 2 of this enchant that I found earlier did not show 2nd rank or resource cost reduction.

ps. If by using the 2nd rank pattern of this one also locked me for getting it again in loot, could I ask for a recovery?
