[REJECTED] [Enchanting quest] Rod of Azure

Bug description: Hi, is Rod of Azure bugged? its one of the last quests for enchanting and the last item you need to find to complete quest is Ancient Arkhana in scholomance dungeon but does not spawn. I tried resetting and enter again and again but nothing even resetting quest. Any advice?

On what difficulty are you trying?
Try to do it on normal difficulty as heroic difficulty is empty atm.

Am having this problem too, on Normal Scholomance is empty as well. Tried deleting Cache, and other characters, same result

Tried in both normal and heroic multiple times for weeks now but nothing.
