[Engineering] Electrified Ether only yields one item per craft

Bug description: Only yields one instead of 2-3 items. Needless to say again, it makes crafting/leveling a pain in the butt. As seen in screenshot, 15 crafts - one item every time, so no issue of chance.
--- /e: I'm pretty sure this affects every craft spell that should yield more than one item. At least it does so in every single one I tried in Engineering.
