Hello i cant enter to Class Hall in Dalaran, ill make ca: 50 quest in Surmar, ill make quest in Garrison to Tanaan Jungle but here all end no more quest to make chain story for Class Hall.
Ill donate ins: 110lvl, now i was desperate so ill buy Artifact weapon (still cant enter C.H) so ill buy open to World Quest but still cant enter. No quest in Stormwind, Suramar, WoD how i can than enter, i need forge for my Artifact wepon.

Please help thank you.

Your class hall is in Maelstorm not in Dalaran. You can find the portal to Maelstorm near the fly path of Dalaran. After you reach your class hall, speak with Thrall to start the artifact weapon quest.
