Entrail Disgorger/ Feeding Frenzy/ General Transmog Item Farming

I am not very sure how to generally farm for transmog items. I know you have to run raids over and over again until that 2% drop chance finally gives you the item you so long farmed for. However, I am not sure about this item. Apparently, there is only 1 NPC with 1 Spawn in a Fierlands Raid. TBH I'm not even sure this is available in the game (WoD - Past lvl 90?). I'm just very confused as to how this item ( and other transmog gear) will be dropped. I don't want to start farming and after a month be like WTF why haven't I got it yet.

Also, while we're on the topic, when is freakz gonna update the server to at least WoD? I know it's not easy but...

I'd rather have WoD before challenge mode...
