Ephemeral Crystals not spawned, Hippogryph unobtainable

Bug description: So, during my time in Azsuna since BfA came out, I've noticed the lack of these crystals. Before BfA came out, I got the mount randomly while farming herbs on my warlock. I went to check the database and as you can see when clicking on the link above, no crystals are spawned. Knowing there are players that would like to obtain this mount, I figured I'd report it.
