Character name: Laine
Bug description: The quest requires me to talk to 3 npcs except only one shows up while the other 2 are not spawned.
Need to get the quest done to progress in getting the Highmoutain Tauren as an allied race.

Could not reproduce, quest works and I can see you've completed it too.
