Even Better Solution in case all doesent work so well for Exodus

Hi all... There is 1 damn good option that would solve everything related to exodus issue.
If setting up that new hardware doesent work out so well & realm still gets *Flood`s* or lag or whatever that makes realm unplayable, my suggestion is to Merge Evolution & Exodus untill u find real solution to exodus problem .
Its 2 weeks + since floods started , its pointless to play , all the time most come online , hope that they will do arena or raid & they wont dc or lag. This can only lead to massive decrease of population.
Enableing Guild / char transfer as free option would also be good . That could be perfect solution for problems .

I dont want to see any1`s reply on this post except some1 from staff. Im tired of this endless Architech / similiar reply`s

Merging the servers would do no good, since the ones behind the floods would just switch their target to the other realm. Romanians would still be able to play since the ISP dos't filter out their IPs and the international players would still be cut off the login servers.

Well, I cant enter the servers for 15+ days now...Im playing on Arena tournament, and I doubt ill even go back... dunno.

Well, me and a friend of mine went from freakz on AT (only for the downtime) but we are kinda liking there more now...and they will go cata soon (4.3 from start).

Yep, it is inevitable that we lost players. Still its well known freakz is the best, and even a sustained attack such as this wont be permanent, I'm sure we'll see the return of such players in a few weeks after this is solved.

Playing is still tolerable, how long do your arena matches take? You should be dcing every hour or so...

We started experiencing the mad lag since the server moved to germany, instead of being dced.. I mean the lag where we can all talk but we can't do anything...

So you re saying... that when they re trying to DDoS the server and they re doing really well in this, they will just stop because of... what exactly? If you re doing something you wanna do and you re doing it well, there s no reason to stop, unless it requires some funds or some stuff that is limited.

Playing is tolerable, in case you can log in.

Solution 1 : Trace the origin of the DDoS to a particular country and announce that all X Country IPs will be banned permanently if the attack don't stop. ( worked on other servers) .

Solution 2 : Inform the authorities (aka department of Internet Crimes or w/e it's called in your country). DDoS attacks are still illegal and there are a lot of skilled *** in those departments that can trace the attack and take care of. ( ofc this solution will take a lot time since the coordination between the authorities of different countries is god damn slow in this kind of crimes) .

Oh 3 weeks ... before i had lag but i can conect to server... Now i cant conect at all... i try all realmlists proxyes ... nothing idk what to do it just tells me sucses.. and nothing .... so my ip is blocked? I'm from Bulgaria and i see that there are ppl from my country who are online ... but i cant...
Pleace help me with some info what is hapening now? Couse before 2 days there was not been any problem... but now

DDoS'ing a private wow server is as illegal as owning/hosting a private wow server...

Not really, it's illegal worldwide.
