Bug description: It does not apply dots at all if you cleave and it should.

Everything gets 10 stacks at pretty much the same time.All of his cleave melee attacks are appplying 1 stack of everchill on everything which makes it a good M+ Trinket.
Right now on freakz https://imgur.com/a/x8x9JMb Rarely and randomly it applies a dot to a random secondary target but that's useless.It should get a dot from every melee atack that i do/cleave whirlwind rampage etc...Also for other classes i haven't tested but it might just work the same.
