Eye of the Tiger Healing and Dmg Calculation

Greetings!
I recently tested if the Eye of the Tiger Talent is healing me correctly. So first I have never done such calculations before, so I might miss something. If the calculation is wrong, pls show me how it should look like.

So the goal was to see if the healing is the same as the Tooltip says.

- I tested without any Gear or Buffs on me


- The Tooltip says it should heal me 436 over 8 sec

So on the Screenshot you can see it heals me for 108 every 2 sec.
- 108 x 4 = 432 health over 8 sec.

So obviously I'm missing 4 healing. (The same goes for the DMG too btw.). After that I looked for a more detailed Tooltip for the Eye of the Tiger Talent. On WoW Head https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=196608 (wowhead link), it says its 28.1736% from the Attack power.

- So my current Agility naked is 1464 -> 28.1736% from the Attack power (1464) = 412,461504
And that is even lower than the value before.

I also checked the WoWFreakz Database https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=196607 (wowhead link),
there we have 7,04% which also comes out at 103,0656 x 4 = 412,2624

So what am I missing here that my calculations never hit the Tooltip value?
Of course, I know that there's some deviation cause of the commas and so on. But I'm not even near to what the Tooltip says.

Hi Vhanny,

I am not sure who you contacted on discord. I never recieved a message from you. For the future reference make a spell report in a relevant section. This section is for class discussion. Things like strategies, guides, rotation, tricks etc.

So I've made a break down for you:

AP = 1464 x 1.08(mastery passive) = 1581
Eye Tiger aura nerf = 0.9
Healing buff = 1.1
Eye Tiger per tick = 0.07
Healing per tick = 1581 x 0.07 x 1.1 x 0.9 = 108 ( decimals do not count)
Damage per tick = 1581 x 0.07 x 1.1 x 0.9 = 108 ( decimals do not count)

Damage is also getting reduced by Armor and versatility. Raid dummies have high armor plus level scaling may be affecting damage as well.

So there is no bug just you missed a few variables.
