During the fight the boss will cast periodically "Stinging Swarm":

"Envelops the target in a swarm of stinging insects, inflicting 15978 Physical damage every 1 sec. Has a chance to also stun the target for 0.5 sec when dealing damage. Players can attack the swarm and must kill it to remove the effect."

Currently on Freakz it has mythic 0 hp. You can oneshot it with any ability since it has 6m HP instead of 67m.

The correct HP value for this add in +25 fortified should be 67.1m
