All of ["Black Empire Caches"](https://www.wow-freakz.com/object_finder.php?object=Black+Empire+Cache) that are located in Uldum and Vale of Eternal Blossoms are missing loot that can be obtained from looting the chests.

They should drop -

* 10-50 [ Coalescing Visions ](https://www.wow-freakz.com/currency.php?currency=1755&name=coalescing-visions) The currency that is used to buy the [Vessel of Horrific Visions](https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=173363&name=vessel-of-horrific-visions) from the vendor.

* 50-80 [War Resources](https://www.wow-freakz.com/currency.php?currency=1560&name=war-resources)
