[FIXED] [BoD] Grong Ferocious Roar timer

Comparing the retail logs with the logs from PTR on Freakz, timer for [Grong's](https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=144637&name=grong) [Ferocious Roar](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=285994&name=ferocious-roar) is wrong.

Currently on Freakz Grong starts casting on average ~3-4s earlier than on retail this causes people to have missinformation regarding the fight.

Order in which casts are are on Freakz goes as follows -

* 1m 12.026 s ( ***37s*** Difference from the first cast)

* 1m 48.615 s ( ***36 s*** Difference from the 2nd cast)

* 2m 35.707 s (***47 s*** difference from the 3rd cast)

This shows that on average our delay inbetween each cast goes from 36-37 s.
Which is not consistant with Retail logs.

It's clearly visible that the timers are off. Here's the conclusion of how much they are of right now -

* The initial cast is being casted ***3,371 s*** too early compared to the retail cast.

* 2nd cast is being casted ***4,507 s*** too early compared to the retail cast.

* 3rd cast is being casted ***4,417 s*** too early compared to the retail cast.

* 4th cast is being casted ***10,83 s*** too early compared to the retail cast.
