Currently after the Transformation inside Battle of Dazar'Alor Goblins that are transformed into Gnomes still have the Goblin Racial Spell [Pack Hobgoblin](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=69046) and are able to use it.

**Transformations that are affected:**

- Goblin Death Knight
- Goblin Mage
- Goblin Priest
- Goblin Rogue
- Goblin Warlock
- Goblin Warrior
