At 60% the bosses go into a phase called [A Flash of Hostility], there is a chance that the monk while casting [Whirling Jade Storm](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=286436&name=whirling-jade-storm) and moving on to the next phase will come out from his spot and start following the players.
