[FIXED] [Cataclysm][Deepholm] Silvermarsh Rendezvous

Bug description: Can't get credit upon reaching the specified spot on the minimap.
Proof: http://imgur.com/a/E0uOp (As you can see, I'm within the area the minimap pointed me to, but nothing happens. =/ I even went back to the quest giver to see if the credit wasn't stealthily given, but no dice)

As you can see, very simple quest. Just as you enter the Upper Silvermarsh, you'll get credit, and be able to automatically turn in and accept the next part.
