Bug description: "Character customization" does not allow me to change gender (male / female) to character

I tried to make a character with the same features but I couldn't find the "Hair Style - 10"

Maybe that's the problem.

Well I already manage to do it, put all in 1 and the skin in 7

Note: Character customization allows you to recustomize you character's face and skin appearance (just like when creating a new character, even male/female). It does NOT include race change/rename

I can't find hair style 10 either

Only conclusion: you are not using our wow client (exact version 7.1.5 23420), you probably are using a different client (maybe even 7.2?) which contains inexistent data. We can't do anything about it, you will have to:
- either download our full client
or
- use different appearances until you find one that's working on 7.1.5

I downloaded everything from your forum, 7.1.5 game and your launcher, put any hairstyle I can change it in the game itself.

The version you see @login screen has nothing to do with the actual gamefiles version, that version is just from the launcher. If you downloaded our full client it doesn't make any sense why you are having char features not existent in our clients

Well I don't know what else to say, I downloaded everything from your forum. Hair color, hair style and piercings don't matter, I can change them in the game, as long as you change gender and put the skin color and face I want it is fine.

EDIT: Noticed that when I'm making a new character it also has only up to 19 hair stlyles (other are the extra ones from the barber shop that are added in the appearence change).

You're right, those extra styles appear only at customize. However, I did a customize and I tried those styles now... and it worked...

Will any problem happen if I play while you change the appearence? I don't wanna screw something up, or it is gonna get applied after I relog or something?
