[FIXED] [Covenant][Paladin] Ashen Hallow Healing vs DiminishAoE

Ashen Hallow's healing does not have any DiminishAoE in Retail and it's not a 9.2 change. I controlled myself 9.0, 9.0.5, 9.1, 9.1.5, 9.2 and it's all the same.
Checked formula with the stats written in the Logs and everything match (can provide proof).
So I suppose the DiminishAoE is not existing on Retail and the tooltip is just a lie.
