Character name: Calenara
Bug description: I just killed Manneroth on Normal difficulty but I did not get a Fel Essence for the quest The Fel Spire.
Proof: As you can see in the screenshot, I killed Manneroth, I have the quest (which is still 0/4) and the item cannot be seen in my bag.
