Bug description: Roiling Blood triggers Pestilence from every target that gets hit by Blood Boil. It should only trigger Pestilence from the closest enemy that has diseases on him. For example, if there's a hunter 10 yards away from me who has 2 diseases, but his pet is 3 yards away with 0 diseases, then Pestilence will be triggered from the Hunter.

Proof: The issue can be seen when comparing Roiling Blood and Pestilence's animations:
Roiling Blood - because it requires no target, Roiling Blood triggers Pestilence from every mob that gets hit.
Pestilence - Pestilence spreads diseases from your main target to every other mob. If we consider that the Training Dummy in the middle is the closest diseased target to me, this is how Roiling Blood should work.
