Bug description: Sorry for making the text so long, I wanted to describe the bug in as much detail as possible.

TLDR: Heart Strike gives more Runic Power based on number of targets hit, which it shouldn't. This makes Blood DK completely broken in most scenarios, as all that bonus Runic Power goes into Death Strike and thus healing and shielding.

Full Bug Description: After the recent fixes regarding the interaction between Heart Strike and Dancing Rune Weapon, Heart Strike seems to generate way more Runic Power then it should. Like WAY MORE.

It seems like the "Generates 5 bonus Runic Power" of the spell now has 2 parts. The one that was always there and just gave 5 bonus RP no matter what happened. And the new one that gives ANOTHER 5 RP based on number of targets hit. Note that this is just a theory that made sense to me but the problem could very well be elsewhere (I'm just trying to be as helpful as possible). Even if I'm wrong about what's causing the problem, the bug is still very much real!

In the proof section is a video made by me where you can clearly see that my Heart Strike generates 20 Runic Power when hitting 1 target (should be 15 RP), 25 Runic Power when hitting 2 targets (should also be 15 RP) and 30 Runic Power when hitting 3 targets (should still only be 15 RP). Then I decided to use Dancing Rune Weapon and test that interaction and it looks like the 2 bonus applications of "Generates 5 bonus Runic Power" part also proc from hitting multiple targets. That means that 1 Heart Strike against 3 targets gives 60 Runic Power while under Dancing Rune Weapon buff. I couldn't test it on more then 3 targets as there aren't enough Training Dummies close to each other in my class hall, but based on my calculations it should give 75 RP against 4 targets and 90 RP against 5 targets in the current state.

Basically, the fix would be to make it always give 15 Runic Power (and 25 RP with Dancing Rune Weapon buff on) no matter how many targets it hits.

Proof: Here is a video I made just now (like 5 minutes ago) showing off the bug. I show my talents so you know I'm not using Heartbreaker talent and all Runic Power I get, everyone can get. Also, sorry for the amount of downtime in the video, my laptop can barely record the gameplay, so it most certainly can not edit the video and cut out the downtime between the situations i show.

Confirmed . Heart Strike generates 10 RP + 5 RP from the bonus effect that always procs , it shouldn't generate Bonus 5 RP Per target hit . It only and ONLY generates 5 Bonus RP when Dancing Rune Weapon is active , at that time it generates 10 RP +5 bonus RP from the original Heart Strike and for the duplicate Heart Strikes it only generates the bonus RP 2x5 RP.
