[FIXED] [Death Knight][Dark Arbiter] Something got broken on Hast scaling

Bug description: Well from the time the new pet interface for DA has been implemented, the duration of it got modified + the hast scaling isnt working anymore
Proof:

Proof is all in pictures and in documents

1-DA in freakz starts the count on DA pop and not on DA first cast
2-The scaling got messed somehow and does not match any of the numbers in the documents or in wow forums that i found
3-this adding to all the problems reported before (range/texture bug/no animations)

From this we can also confirm that DA last 20 sec after first cast, also the break points listed there do not match by any means the current ones in the server

16 hits during lust : 17.78% haste

This one stats that : *New from 7.3 - Dark Arbiter will last for 20 seconds after it starts it’s first cast, instead of after the summon.*

Noting that max 19 Hits can be hit with DA with 39 ish haste as posted in forum

As i did more diging, i decided to compare that Data with warcfraft logs so how i proceeded is simple :
i thook this 2 profiles that only had 1 DA casted during the all fight

1st profile :

Me : got 8880 hast

So the guy had 16 hits and i did have only 15 and noticed my DA first cast was at around 17is 18ish

Also noticed 17sec DA start cast

---- EDIT ----- Also did some tests in SimC : https://imgur.com/a/TxWpK80
This can show you from the zomming that the first hit of DA was alrdy buffed so the animaton time doesnt count in the 20 sec of DA
And DA last 20 SEC after rist hit as the at 20sec its the highest dps for DA from there it falls off

Seems like the 7.3 Script has been reverted for some reason , this is a huge deal. Confirmed .
