Bug description: For some reason, when you use Remorseless Winter, it appears as "debuff". It doesn't havy any negative effect on caster and deals dmg to enemies, but when you use Anti-Magic shell while Remorseless Winter is active, Anti-Magic shell removes Remorseless Winter.
