Bug description: right now it bursts the full amount of 6 Festering wounds in pvp
It should only burst 4 festering wounds in pvp

You say that it bursts 6 festering wounds, as it's working at the moment.

So the spell doesn't bursts 8 Festering Wounds.

Hotfix (2016-08-26) - This is before 7.1.5 meaning 7.0.3 or 7.1.0.

Yeah. In 7.1.5 Apocalypse can burst only 6 festering wounds in PVE
In pvp it can burst only 4 stacks

The nerf from last summer still stands + it was nerfed in pve in 7.1.5

Yeah, he's right... Apocalypse should burst only 4 stacks of Festering Wounds (wowhead link) in PvP.
