Bug description: you cant cast it while running ,you shoudl stop and cast it ,now it sais that you need not to move
Proof: easy to test on

i just did a bug report and it got marked as duplicate , yeah you should be able to cast it while moving / falling etc and while channeling it shouldn't get interrupted if you move in any direction , even jumping shouldn't interrupt it

works ,could you please look into Fel blade bug ? it resetes when server crashes and you cannot use it anymore

you need to change talents and reselect fel blade in order to reactivate
