[FIXED] [Demon Hunter][Havoc] Chaos Cleave & Demon Blades

WoW Freakz spell link: 206475
Bug description: tooltip on freakz says Chaos Strike hits all nearby enemies for an additional 25% . It should be 10% not 25% . Same goes for demon blades , should be 60% not 65%.
Proof: Chaos Cleave now hits all nearby enemies, including the original target, for 10% of the damage it inflicts. WoW Patch 7.1.5 note
Demon Blades proc chance reduced to 60% (was 75%). This is all taken from blizzard's own website , so there's nothing questionable about these 2 quotes .

Fixed (Demon Blades will still show 65%, it's a lot trickier to fix that, but I changed procchance to 60%, so it won't affect gameplay by any means)
