[FIXED] Doomcaster Suprax not refreshing debuff

Bug description: It puts Empowered Doom on you that you have to refresh with Doom Star, but when you want to refresh it it doesnt refresh.
Proof: how to prove this? its not refreshing the debuff

I can also confirm this, tried multiple times, the buff didn't refresh when hit by the star.
