Currently if you leave battlegrounds while your [Dash](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=1850&name=dash) is on cooldown, it acts like Tiger's Dash and the lvl 15 talent row will be cancelled and none of the spells will work after and you cant change talents while your Dash is on cooldown.

Proof: https://streamable.com/yv0n85 - there is proof vs Feral charge, but it also happens vs Renewal.
