[FIXED] [Druid][Feral] Feral frenzy

**Revision required:**
The periodic bleed damage not getting affected by damage reduction such as Versatility stat or any damage reduction buffs. [Fortifying brew](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=243435&name=fortifying-brew) or [Defensive stance ]( https://testbfa.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=197690&name=defensive-stance) for example.

7:52- frenzy on mage gets refreshed for the first non bleed part of damage and then ticks for 5 bleed dots.

**Previous report**
The bleed part of [Feral frenzy](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=274838) has few issues:

**a)** Isn't getting affected by damage reduction such as Versatility stat or any damage reduction buffs. [Fortifying brew](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=243435&name=fortifying-brew) for example.

**b)** The bleed effect damage is way too high.

From my understanding the bleed part formula per tick should be:

**1.15(feral aura) x Mastery x 0.3 x AP x Versatility**

And there is 5 ticks according to retail videos and [Mr. Robot](https://www.askmrrobot.com/wow/theory/mechanic/spell/feralfrenzy?spec=DruidFeral&version=live)
